Inspections

Keep inspection notices, photos, and repairs together.

How it works

  1. Forward inspection notices to PM. Connect inspection email once so PM checks incoming building-department and inspector notices.
  2. Match each notice to its job. PM reads addresses and permit numbers, files confident matches, and highlights uncertain matches for your office.
  3. See inspections that need attention. Failed items and inspections within 14 days appear on Dashboard; confirm notices to alert your office and assigned trade.
  4. Photograph the work for review. Upload up to six photos for HHM Intelligence's guidance on likely results, corrections, and checks needed on site.
  5. Keep repairs with the original check. Upload new photos after a failed review; PM links the repair to the original photos and notes.
  6. Save your team's pass or fail. Inspections keeps the result, notes, reviewer's name, and review date.

Know what to check before the inspector arrives
