Import photos from your phone

Photo import works on Android phones and iPhones.

  1. Get Meta AI and sign in

    Install Meta AI on your phone and sign in to your Meta account.

  2. Pair your glasses in Meta AI

    Tap Glasses, then Add; turn on Bluetooth and allow permissions.

  3. Take your job photos and videos

    Import the photos and videos to your phone in Meta AI.

    Open your projects in PM
  4. Save them to the right project

    Choose the job, tap Add glasses photos and select your files, then Add to job; save videos to Project photos.

Having trouble

  • Glasses will not connect: charge them, turn on Bluetooth, then pair them in Meta AI. Follow Meta’s pairing help and install any glasses update.
  • Files are missing on your phone: finish importing your photos and videos in Meta AI before selecting them in PM.
  • Photos are missing from the job: check the selected project and your internet connection, then tap Add to job. Open Project photos to see them.
