HHM Custom Homes LLC provides HHM Core PM and related HHM Connect services for construction businesses and their users. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to act for your company. These terms take effect October 6, 2026.
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Company administrators manage company settings, billing, team invitations, and access. Open only records and company areas your company allows you to use. Tell us promptly if someone uses your account without permission. Administrators are responsible for their team's use and access.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deceptive communications or content that infringes another person's rights. Obtain required permissions for customer records, photos, recordings and messages. Do not bypass access controls, probe other companies' data, distribute malicious code or interfere with the service. Follow applicable messaging and calling consent rules.
You or your company keep ownership of the content you provide. You give HHM permission to store, use, send, and show it as needed to provide and support the service. Your company controls its customer and project records and access to them. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for that content. Ask your administrator or support for exports before closing a company account.
Portal Basic is a free plan with its published project and team limits. Paid subscription plans are billed monthly, month to month, through Stripe. Prices and included features are shown when you subscribe. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and applicable taxes or separately accepted charges.
You can cancel anytime from Billing by opening the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to paid features continues through that period. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or company records. Setup packages are separate one-time services with the scope and price shown when ordered. Custom work pricing includes hourly rates when agreed. No subscription cancellation changes an already accepted setup or lead charge.
Each offered lead goes to one contractor. Unbooked leads are free. A lead for which HHM has already booked the appointment before offering it to you costs $69, with no refunds for that booked lead fee. The applicable program terms are shown before you accept. Acceptance does not guarantee a sale, job value or customer payment.
A deposit share applies only to jobs that HHM itself contracts, under the program terms shown before acceptance. It does not apply simply because you independently contract a job from a lead. Review the offered terms and your responsibilities before accepting work.
Stripe processes payments; HHM does not store card numbers. Connected services, including HHM Connect/HighLevel, Twilio, Google, EagleView, QuickBooks, Meta, and HHM Intelligence services, have their own terms, permissions, and charges where they apply. You are responsible for connections you approve and for checking their activity. Available features can depend on those services.
HHM Intelligence prepares drafts and assistance that can contain errors or omissions. Review calculations, quantities, prices, documents and messages before sending them or taking action. It does not provide legal, tax, engineering, safety or other professional advice. You remain responsible for project decisions, code compliance, permits, contracts and qualified professional review.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, security or project outcomes. Nothing in these terms removes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, HHM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. HHM's total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid HHM for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
We can restrict or end access for serious violations, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or security concerns. We give notice where reasonably practicable. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription through Billing. Request account deletion separately. After closure, we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy, including required record retention.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
We can update these terms and publish a new last-updated date, with notice of material changes as required by law. Review the terms before accepting new paid services.
