Client payments
Accept client card and bank payments and review paid confirmations and receipts.
- Open Connections and choose Add your bank account.
- Complete secure payment setup.
- Open the project and send a payment request. Your client opens the payment link and chooses card or bank transfer.
- Review the paid confirmation and receipt in the project.
Accept card payments at 3.5% + $0.30 and bank transfers at 0.9% with a $9 minimum. Instant payouts cost 1.4%. Paid confirmations, receipts and payment updates stay with the project.
Open Collect a payment to review available funds and request an instant payout. Choose payment alert preferences in Notifications. Your HHM software subscription is separate from client payments. Read payment and financing steps.
